Shipping FAQ's
What is your processing time?
We take 1-5 Business days for processing. This is due to us making your body butter fresh and the process begins once we receive your order. We pour love into every jar that we craft and quality test each batch so you can rest assured that you are receiving nothing but the best.
What is your shipping rate?
We have a flat $10 shipping fee for all domestic orders and offer free shipping for all orders over $60. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to ship?
We are so grateful to be able to operate during a global pandemic and are thankful to all the essential service workers that work hard around the clock to deliver our packages. That being said, please understand that these shipping times are just an estimate and that there may be delays but don’t fret your package WILL get to you!
Canada: 2-5 business days
America: 7-12 business days
Global: 10-21 business days
Returns & Exchange
Due to the personal nature of our products, COVID-19 precautions and hygiene control we do not offer returns. However if there is a problem with the product we are happy to assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit.
Please note: that we provide a sample of the formula with every jar so you can try the product before you open and use the 9oz jar.
We cannot accept your jar if it is used in any way so please always TEST first! If you find that the butter is not suitable for your skin please reach out to us as soon as possible and we can work together to find a solution that makes you happy.
